Last updated 6 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Super Ampt Group respects your privacy and processes your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
The responsible party is NDLOVU MP (Pty) Ltd, trading as Super Ampt Group (Registration 2018/357271/07, VAT 4130284971), Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This policy covers personal information collected through our website (superamptgroup.co.za), its forms, and the emails and calls that follow from it. It does not cover footage or data we process as an operator on behalf of clients through installed security systems; that processing is governed by our service agreements and the client’s own privacy notice.

3. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how it is used.
- Essential cookies keep the site secure and make forms work. The site cannot function without them.
- Analytics tell us which pages are visited and how the site performs. Where possible, this data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Third-party content, such as embedded maps or videos, may set its own cookies under that provider’s privacy policy.
We do not use cookies to sell or profile you for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work as expected.
4. Why we use your information
We process personal information only for a specific, lawful purpose, as section 11 of POPIA requires.

| Scheduling site visits, installations and maintenance | Performing our contract with you |
| Invoicing, accounting and tax records | Legal obligation |

| Sending marketing to non-clients | Your prior consent only |
We will not use your information for a new purpose unrelated to the original one without telling you and, where needed, asking for your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed, and only with:
- Service providers (operators) who run our website hosting, email, forms, cloud storage, CRM and accounting systems. Each is bound by a written agreement to keep your information confidential and secure, as section 21 of POPIA requires.
- Approved subcontractors and suppliers who need your details to complete work on your site.
- Regulators and authorities, such as SARS, PSIRA or the Department of Employment and Labour, where the law requires it.
- Professional advisers, such as auditors, attorneys and insurers, under a duty of confidentiality.
Cross-border transfers. Some of our providers, including our website host and cloud software, store data on servers outside South Africa. We use only providers subject to data-protection laws or binding agreements that give protection substantially similar to POPIA, in line with section 72.
6. Security and retention
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, as section 19 of POPIA requires. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to staff who need it, password and multi-factor protection on business systems, and confidentiality obligations on staff and contractors.
No system is fully secure. If we have reasonable grounds to believe your information was accessed without authorisation, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as section 22 requires.
We keep personal information only as long as needed:
| Record | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that did not become work | 12 months after last contact |
| Client, contract and invoicing records | 5 years after the contract ends (tax and company law) |
| Unsuccessful job applications | 6 months, unless you agree to longer |
| Website analytics | Up to 26 months, in aggregated form |
After that, we securely delete, destroy or de-identify it.

Under POPIA you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct, update, or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date, or no longer needed.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
